This is the National Public Web Site on Assistive Technology which offers extensive up-to-date assistive technology (AT) and disability-related resources, including in-depth AT reports, as well as four easy-to-use search features to find assistive technology to meet your needs. AT manufacturers and vendors can register for free to add their products to the assistivetech.net database.
CATEA's Assistive Technology Wiki serves as a collaborative, online encyclopedia on AT, allowing for dynamic online organization and editing of a wide variety of content related to AT. It includes complete articles, research briefs, definitions, demonstrations of AT, and links to other resources. It also includes discussions and opinion of AT.
The CCN is a network of people with disabilities, their families and friends. Members of CCN test new prototypes, products and services for people with disabilities in order to improve them through focus groups, field-testing and surveys.
How do you see disability? Student designers at CATEA produced these art works to illustrate that a disability is a characteristic, not incapacity, and provides a person with a different set of tools to use in navigating the world.

Funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation, SciTrain works to help high school science and mathematics teachers provide the highest quality education to students with disabilities. The project includes research, instruction for teachers on how to make their coursework, classrooms and labs more accessible, and information resources for teachers including assistive technology for their courses.
This project undertakes a major shift in the way wheeled mobility is conceptualized and understood, from the design of assistive devices to a broad range of interventions that enable individuals to participate in everyday community life.
